Intense fruity and fresh aroma with Soft structure. Ligering persistence and pleasant finish

Skewered Scallops, and Shrimp Flambéed in Aged Brandy
Frontaria White: Portugal
This wine has a great aromatic intensity with tropical fruits and white flowers. In the mouth we have very good acidity with the same fruit notes. It is fresh and elegant and has a long refreshing final.

Grilled Boneless Chicken, with a Slice of Grilled Pineapple Served with Sautéed Vegetables
Dona Helena Rose 2007: Portugal
Dona Helena Rose Intense fruity aroma. Good structure well balanced with the acidity. Pleasant after taste with the grape flavors. Goes well with salads, fish and white meats

Herdade do Rocim – 06 (Alentejo) Southern Region: Portugal
This ultra premium wine spends 11 months in new French barrels and will spend 6 months in bottle before release. It’s savory and meaty with ripe dark fruits, vanilla tones and sweet spices. Smooth and intense showing sweet dark fruit on the palate with flavors of blueberry, cedar, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. It’s firm and spicy with good acidity and ripe youthful tannins. Impressive.
Grapes: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Trincadera, 20% Aragonez also known as Tinta Roriz “Known in Spain as Tempranillo”

Medallions of Grilled Certified Angus Sirloin Steak in a Port Wine Reduction
Mansion Garrido – 06 Country Region: Spain
Made from the rare Juan Garcia grape, this smooth well rounded red. Deep aroma marries well the hues of the red-violet color of the fruit and provides a lasting nose deliciously balanced in a smooth boca wonderfully tasteful palate filled with red and dark berries, hazelnuts and elegant notes. Gratifyingly unique. Worthy secret.

Imported Portuguese Cheese with Quince Marmalade and Nuts
Porto Parador Ruby: Portugal
This wine is made from selected grape varieties of the upper Douro region in Northern Portugal. It ages three years in old oak casks. A young wine, fruity and with very pleasant character. Served at room temperature it is ideal with dried fruits, cheeses and desserts.
