Herdade do Rocim 2006 Alentejo
This ultra premium wine. This wine spends 11 months in new French barrels and will spend 6 months in bottle before release. It’s savory and meaty with ripe dark fruits, vanilla tones and sweet spices. Smooth and intense showing sweet dark fruit on the palate with flavors of blueberry, cedar, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. It’s firm and spicy with good acidity and ripe youthful tannins. Impressive.
Grapes: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Trincadera, 20% Aragonez also known as Tinta Roriz “Known in Spain as Tempranillo”

Only - 2004 (Dão) Northern Central Region
Similar to a Pino Noir This wine as a deep ruby red color with Floral notes from Touriga Nacional and spicy aromas from Tinta Roriz. Aged in French oak for 12 months. The taste is a smooth Full-bodied, chewy, complex and intense wine with a fruity bouquet. Expressing the true characteristics of Dão, this wine exhibits freshness, elegance and ripe fruit..
Grapes: 50% Touriga Nacional, and 50% Tinta Roriz also known as Aragonez “Known in Spain as Tempranillo”.

Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima - 2003 (Trás-os-Montes) North of Portugal
This fine wine with hints of black berries, the subtle oak adds to the bouquet and palate. The 2003 harvest was exceptionally hot which resulted in perfect conditions for making this very elegant wine.

Touriz - 2003 (Estremadura) North of Lisbon
This wine presents itself strong and powerful in the aromas (cherries, plums, blackcurrant) but, very well balanced and complete. In the palate it presents itself a very concentrated and complex, with ripe fruits notes. The result of the long ageing in 250 liters barrels of Portuguese oak gives to this wine a very persistent final, perfectly assembled with elegant tannins.
Grapes: 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca and 30% Tinta Roriz

Olho de Mocho Tinto Reserva 2007 Alentejo
Is a blend of Touriga Nacional and Syrah. Produced from the finest grapes from each annual harvest, Olho de Mocho has a genuine taste and fragrant aroma. Its toasty and spiced with chocolate and fresh berries the acidity is quite lifted, the tannins are ripe and linger in the mouth.
